Customization
CRMRealEstate has many customizable features such as page layouts, custom fields,
and many configuration options. As an administrative user you will have
access to theses features. However, if you would rather have someone do the
customization services for you, we have a trained customization team to handle
your customization needs.
Administration
Administration support service is designed to allow us to administer
the system completely while you concentrate on your customers and day-to-day
business needs. Through remote administration and assigned support personnel,
CRMRealEstate is managed for you.
Implementation / Data Services
You may desire to have help beyond the basics for implementing
your product into your company. CRMRealEstate technicians
can provide additional services for a fee around implementing
and configuring the product. Our Implementation team
can provide a needs analysis of your project to include
a prescriptive outline for migration or integration of
CRMRealEstate with your existing data sources, system processes
and user recourses. This service may also include
a recommended Technical Training program and suggested
measures for project success. Implementation services
can be implemented in blocks of time purchased as Administration,
Customization, or Technical Training.
